Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the 555q website, its mobile version, and all services included within it.
• "User" refers to any person who has created or is using an account on the Platform.

Account Registration & Security

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, they will be treated as "duplicate accounts" and all accounts may be closed.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You should not share this information with any third party.

• Always log out after using a public device.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

555q supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Deposits must come from the user's own account.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

555q processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There are no currency conversion fees or hidden charges. However, your payment provider may have its own fees.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

555q offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance becomes ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a specific wagering requirement. The current wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposited amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period.
• A bonus can only be used once and is non-transferable.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be voided.
• 555q reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when placing bets on 555q. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

• Sufficient balance must be available when placing a bet.
• If any game or bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the wagered amount will be refunded.

Prohibited Activities
